Life-Critical Systems Restriction
Cantasks is built exclusively for professional business automation and company operations. It is strictly prohibited for use in any situation where a worker's delay, error, or incorrect output could directly affect human health, safety, or survival.
Specific Banned Environments
Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to, the following domains:
- Clinical Medical Environments: Making diagnostic decisions, evaluating patient test results, or acting as direct medical support software.
- Emergency Response Services: Providing dispatch routing, operating call-handling pipelines, or offering health instructions during crisis scenarios.
- Critical Infrastructure Control: Operating systems connected to power grids, traffic routing networks, municipal water controls, or automated safety overrides.
- Dangerous Machinery Automation: Controlling physical warehouse machinery, drones, heavy vehicles, or industrial factory robots autonomously.
Warranty and Liability Disclaimer
The Platform is not validated, certified, or audited for deployment in regulated medical or critical physical environments. Any deployment of Cantasks workers inside these restricted contexts constitutes a material breach of our Terms of Use, immediately terminates workspace permissions, and nullifies all standard vendor contracts. We disclaim any and all liability for death, injury, or severe property damage resulting from policy violations.
